Hello Everyone, In this tutorial, I am going to provide a step-by-step process to create a custom(without using Letterhead) email template that gives you a quick start on a Salesforce email template. So without wasting the time let's get started,
Create a Custom Email Template in Salesforce
Step 1: Log into your Salesforce Org.
Step 2: Navigate to Setup | Communication Templates | Classic Email Templates and click on New Template Button.
Step 3: Select Custom(without using Letterhead) radio button and click on Next button.
Step 4: Fill all the information just like the image given below and don't forget to check "Avilable for Use" checkbox after that click on Next button.
Step 5: Enter some content in Email Body, after that click on the Next button.
Step 6: Click on the Copy text from HTML version button that will open a warning alert message click on "OK" button to populate your HTML body as text format then click on Save button.
Step 7: Now click on "Send Test and verify Merge Fields" button that will open a popup window, In the popup window select user in both dropdown list and checked Send email preview to checkbox after entering an email id then click on OK button.
