Salesforce started as SaaS (Software as a Service) CRM company. It’s a cloud computing company located in San Francisco, California. Salesforce was founded in 1999 by Marc Benioff. Salesforce is the innovative company behind the world’s #1 CRM platform. Salesforce used cloud-based software, so it doesn’t require a team of IT experts to set up or manage.
            Salesforce enables you to easily log, manage, and analyze all customer activity in one place with its cloud-based software. Because all Salesforce products run entirely in the cloud so it’s very cost effective, you don’t have invest money on setup, maintenance, and your employee can work from any device like a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with an internet connection. It provides a robust and rich platform that enables you to manage all interactions with your client and prospects so your organization can grow and succeed, Because of this awesome feature it widely spread with a name of Customer Success Platform.

Salesforce Sales Cloud: It enables you to manage your contact information, organization’s sales, customer support, and marketing facets. It provides support to sales, marketing and customer support in both B2B and B2C contexts.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud: It enables you to do personalize email marketing through mobile and messaging. Your organization marketers can use it to manage customer journey, mobile, email, social media, content creation, content management, and web personalization.

Salesforce Service Cloud: Service cloud is a service platform in your organization that provides service and support to your customer. It contains a call center and a social networking plug-in for conversation and analytics. This cloud helps the service agent to solve customer problems faster also provide access to answer to the customer to solve their own problems.

Salesforce Community Cloud: If you need a social platform from which you connect and facilitate communication among your employees, partners and customers then Salesforce Community Cloud for you. Some service

Salesforce Analytics Cloud: It’s a business intelligence platform for your organization to work with large data files, create charts, graphs and other pictorial representations of data. This cloud allows the user to work on data instantly, connect easily to sales and service cloud data, the user can work from any device to analyze data for better visualization.

Salesforce App Cloud: App cloud provides a collection of development tools that you can utilize to create a custom app that will run on Salesforce platform. Some of the tools that App cloud contains are:

Salesforce Health Cloud: This platform helps to create a stronger relationship between patients, payers and care providers and between the providers themselves. With the help of a patient profile, you can support the one-to-one relationship by integrating information.

Chatter: A enterprise collaboration platform that enables your employees to collaborate in Salesforce. It also used to share knowledge between departments in an organization or a different organization.

Salesfroce1: Salesforce1 is the platform, where you can develop application and exchange data via API’s (Application Programming Interface).
