Hello Friends, In this post, I will show you a formula that used to calculate age of case and task excluding saturdays and sundays(weekend). There is no dedicated function in salesforce that provide this functionality. So let's find out the solution,

Calculate case age excluding weekends with formula

Use the following formula to calculate age of case or task.

Formula Return Type - Number

 2, (TODAY() - DATEVALUE(CreatedDate)) - FLOOR((TODAY() - DATEVALUE(CreatedDate))/7)*2,
 3, (TODAY() - DATEVALUE(CreatedDate)) - FLOOR((TODAY() - DATEVALUE(CreatedDate))/7)*2,
